SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to provide fast and reliable shipping services for all our customers. Below are the details regarding our shipping process:

     

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days               (additional charges may apply).

  • Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery (additional charges apply).

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. You can view the estimated shipping cost during checkout.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.

 

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date. 

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Non-Returnable Items: "Final sale" items are not eligible for returns.

 

How to Return an Item

  1. Fill out the Contact Form to initiate a return or email us at sales@kovertmodern.com

  2. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you're returning, and the reason for the return.

  3. We will send you instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your account.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement based on your preference.

Exceptions

In certain cases, we may not be able to accept returns, including items that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect.
